Hayisam provided accommodation and logistical support to 2019 RWC Japan Official Travel Agents from New Zealand, Australia, England and Argentina for their Management, Staff and in excess of 6,000 Supporters at the 12 RWC Host cities and venues throughout Japan. Hayisam provided over 6,500 hotel rooms, 350 apartments, OTA office space and facilities along with bilingual support staff and services.
Hayisam provided accommodation, training facilities, transportation, telecommunication and hospitality activities for Race Management, Teams and Sponsors, including VOR SLU and Boatyard crew, Mapfre, Vestas 11th Hour Racing, Clean Seas Turn the Tide on Plastic, and Musto.
Hayisam provided accommodation and logistics for the Official Lions Travel Provider’s Management and Staff and in excess of 1,500 Supporters throughout New Zealand.
Hayisam provided accommodation, transportation, logistical support, telecommunication and hospitality services for over 1200 competitors and supporters from over 60 teams from countries around the world including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA, Finland, South Africa, Japan, India, United Kingdom, Spain, France and Hawaii.
